The weather and the spring market are both about to start heating up.  If you are thinking of selling your home this spring do not hesitate to list it early.  I have found in past years sellers who have their home on the market at the start of March have great results at getting top dollar.  This is because there are still fewer homes on the market.  By the end of March, start of April the spring market is in full swing and a large number of homes flood the market increasing the selection for buys.

This year with our mild winter I highly recommend getting a jump on the market if you are thinking about selling.
